hampton inn was a great stay! the 24-hour shuttle made getting to the airport super easy. I could walk if i felt like it. the breakfast was tasty, especially those sausage patties! i loved the comfortable bed, and the welcome message on the tv with my name was such a nice surprise.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn in Gahanna. My room was clean, and the beds were comfy. The continental breakfast was straightforward and met our dietary needs. It felt secure, which is essential when I travel. However, I did hear some negative comments from the cleaning staff about guests during checkout. It made me uncomfortable providing feedback because of the atmosphere created. Also, the hallway carpets were in bad shape, showing signs of wear. Maintenance could improve on that. Overall, I liked the stay, but the staff's behavior and hallway conditions need addressing.
